Processing and Manufacturing: A Guide

Welcome to my blog, my name is Ian. I have worked with processing companies for a number of years. I started out working on the factory floor. However, after a couple of years, I was promoted to the rank of supervisor and then junior manager, which means I work with a lot of suppliers. I really enjoyed taking on more responsibility and learning how our production process worked. Eventually, I became head of our processing and manufacturing department. My job can be stressful but I love it. I decided to start a blog so I could offer advice to others in the industry and help them improve their business models.
